The staff was incredible. They greet you when you walk in, check on you while you're there and wishes you well when you leave. So much more than you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Their biscuits are so, so good but I'd visit this one again just for the staff!
My food was a little under cooked, I went back in & explained to the manager Bree my issue. She was so kind & redid my food. I hate to be that customer but Hardee’s aren’t cheap but s/o to bree!
Drive thru... drove out to find some lunch, I always miss the hardies up the hill. Stopped today. Ordered the blt Frisco. Drive thru was slow.. and when the food finally was handed out, I waited for my drink, to which the window person said Have a Nice day. I asked again for.my drink. She was quite put out, how rude I ask for the drink I paid for. The sandwich has to be the worst put together. No lettuce, drenched in Mayo that tastes like salt. I took photo, no where to upload....
