Gave me someone else’s food that was behind me in the drive through, I asked if it was the right order and believed them like a dumbass.
There was a long line through the drive through so decided to go in instead and you have to order your own food via kiosk but it was a clean and it was chill vibes
I would really appreciate if the Taco Bell Franchise would stop making hard shell tacos ahead of time and letting them sit there. Every time I get a hard shell taco at dinner time, the shell is soggy and sticks to the paper. The only time it seems to be crunch is when they first open. I don't get this, and it has been consistently happening since I was a child at multiple locations. Everything else was fine, I just want the tacos not to stick to the paper and rip apart.
