“Even though they were short staffed and it was lunch time, my food came out and was great and perfectly made! The cashier was friendly even tho I could tell she was pressed about the customers being happy and having their orders out quickly. These employees dont get paid enough because people were being a little rude and clearly the employees can only do so much.“

“Gainesville probation officer is closed for lunch from 12pm-1pm. My mom and I were looking for a place for a restroom, a quick bite, and somewhere to sit and wait till the probation office opens again. Happens that Tacos Silao was less than half a mile but has no public restroom so we opted for another fast food joint. Seems really great though.“

“Great food and atmosphere“

“They only had maybe three people working, you order on a kiosk, but some of the bottle drinks aren't on there and you have to wait for someone to come to the register to order those.
My husband ordered the nachos and he said they were hands down the best nachos he's ever had. The quality of the steak was impressive and you could tell the queso was not from a can. I had their steak torta. I'd never had a torta before but I was not disappointed! Perfectly seasoned, not too salty. It was overloaded with steak- a good thing. They had a little salsa bar, everything tasted so fresh. Makes me sad we don't have one of these up where we live. 10/10 will eat here on the next trip down.“

“Our company was catered by Tacos Veloz for our Christmas party, and everything was excellent. We ordered through Aldo, who made sure everything was packed accurately and ready on time. We got the barbacoa, carne asada, carnitas, and horchata to-go — all of it was absolutely delicious. We even drove all the way from Dahlonega to pick it up in Gainesville, and it was well worth the trip. We will definitely be ordering from them again!“
