While I love zaxbys, the one in Oakwood for the past several times has given me a problem with missing orders, attitude from the staff, or just messing up my order in general. do better. 🤷🏽♀️ till then I will be taking my business else where.

Had a horrible experience tonight. I had ordered 2 orders through mobile app and had my son pick it up. When he got home with our order my chicken sandwich was falling apart and honey mustard was all over my container and the nibbler sandwiches were swimming in zax sauce. I took the food back to the restaurant where the manager said he would only refund the one sandwich. I mentioned speaking with the owner because the manager said he was there.
