“Came in at 4 pm, was seated. Great menu. Waitress very through and efficient. Food brought promptly. 12 big shrimp, cole slaw, cheeze grits, hush puppies, sweet iced tea. Wonderful meal, cooked to perfection. We casually enjoyed our meal. Paid the modest bill. Was back in truck at 4:33. A nice ride to Billy's and back home. Great place for date night.“

“I celebrated my birthday this year at Hubs and Hops. The atmosphere there is great and the people are always very friendly. A local brewery was doing a tap takeover and handing out merch and discount cards. The owners are fabulous and have stopped by my table every time I’ve been there to speak to us. They always have a great selection of craft beer and wine. The live music was a hit! I had friends come from Tallahassee and Valdosta and we all had a great time. We will be back soon.“

“My husband and I ate here this past Friday to celebrate our anniversary. We sat outside and had a nice view of the train tracks and sunset. The service was great, the food came quickly and was hot and fresh. I got the shrimp and grits and it was unbelievable. We could smell the caramel sauce being made from down the street, so we knew we had to try the pound cake bananas foster, and it was to die for. Absolutely recommend!!“

“It's a little hole-in-the-wall but don't let that put you off. The fare is simple but tasty. I just had a couple of cheese dogs. The staff were nice, but could have used a couple of extra bodies behind the counter to speed things along. I honestly think they need to find a larger space with a more adequate kitchen and storage.“

“Good brewery! Had three beers while here; a Hefeweizen, hazy IPA, and a brown ale. Everything was solid to tasty for its style. I’ve been to almost 260 breweries, so the beer is good but not great. There’s so much bad out there that this place is definitely on the positive side. No single beer blew my socks off, but nothing was bad either. The mojo was alright, and the crowd skewed a bit older. I’d still visit again though despite my criticisms thus the 5-stars.“

“I have stopped at Mr. Chick every time I visit Cairo going on 25 plus years. The food is always fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff has always been very friendly while providing fast service. Their food is always fresh and delicious. Yes, you may have to stand in line to order a little longer during rush hours, but I don't mind because a lot of people eat there. If a lot of people are eating there, that's a statement in itself.“

Parking: Parking lot is small, so may have trouble finding a spot during busy times.

Kid-friendliness: Atmosphere was good for kids, don't have to worry about them making some noise. Plenty of food options for kids.“
