Oxford Dining is a great place for a quick lunch! It has a wide variety of fresh, well-prepared options that change daily, along with some staples, such as the salad bar, taco bar, and deli sandwiches station!

The only dining hall I’ve ever been to that the food has actual flavor and is clearly so fresh! You know how dining halls kind of all have the same, taste? (I’ve worked in higher ed for a decade.) This one is stellar, genuinely healthy and fresh, and so tasty. If you’re on campus or in Oxford for some reason, definitely worth a visit for lunch.

My culinary experience at the Oxford College of Emory University dining hall seems to differ day by day. On occasion, the gentlemanly Mr. Rodger and his team of culinary experts provide a wide variety of delectable dishes and savory sides, but this is unfortunately equalized by the periodic lapse in food quality, namely the serving of Tilapia three times a week alongside the virtual disappearance of most food options on weekends, reminiscent of WWII-era Britain. Regardless of these shortcomings, I will continue to dine here three times each day for the next two year, more by situation than choice, but with continuing excitement for what lies in store nonetheless.

I love the farm to table food. The food is always fresh. The price is just right. I'm glad the public can partake of this service.

We were here for the mothers day event. This is a very nice facility on a beautiful campus. The food was excellent and the staff was very nice. The Chef should be commended for his food on such a large scale. It'd a beautiful place.

I work at a local dental office nearby-the dentist and myself decided to try it out for lunch for a new place to eat other than fast food in the area. However, it was very awkward and a bit offensive because we did walk in and pause at the front desk, where the man who was sitting there did not acknowledge us so we continued to enter and find seating (I was the only one eating because my coworker had already eaten prior). One of their food workers, Ana, at one of the stations asked me if we worked there maybe because I was wearing scrubs. I’m not sure. She also informed me that it could be expensive there but I told her we hadn’t paid yet, so I wouldn’t know, and that we would find out on the way out when we pay -as we are sitting at our booth and I’m the only one eating, Maria, another food worker, comes over greeting everyone around us and greets us too, but decided to ask us if we had paid for the food or not. We informed her that the man at the front desk did not acknowledge us, and that we would pay on the way out when we were leaving- she was waiting at the front desk and we stopped to pay for my meal. I also pointed out to my coworker that they had ‘to go’ containers because they were sitting at the front desk, but Maria informed us that they were only for the students, we asked Maria why she only asked us and singled us out about whether or not we paid and how did she know that we didn’t pay? She told us that whoever watches the cameras told her that we didn’t pay! They are really watching through cameras about a $12 meal??? yes, we felt singled out… was it the scrubs??…or something else…✊? the dentist that I was having lunch with also informed her that she was an alumni, and was there a discount for alumni she told us only if the ID was current….we’ve been treated so much better at the fast food restaurants in the area unfortunately!

A wonderful variety, part self-serve and part friendly servers dish up fresh and perfectly cooked fare. Drink dispenser pours out many different sodas and vitamin waters. Tea will be on the opposite side of the cafeteria near the coffee! The place will now be closed till the students return from break mid-January. (the 19th?)
