They just hire anybody..drive through is trash ... I ordered a southern filet ...I received old chicken from previous day . The crust was separating from the chicken .....Not fresh at all . At 5:30 am is diabolical

This is a sad, unloved store. Most of the staff are quite nice. But corporate is at fault for not giving this store the time, attention or resources it needs to be successful. This Bojangles likely would have gone out of business if not for it being one of only three options in the area.

Apparently if you don’t understand the robot intercom they give you attitude when they have to talk to you. Then I pull up to the window and the lady in the back is glaring at me shaking her head the whole time the guy is taking my card. Then I say “I appreciate it” and not a word - window closes. What a wild way to treat customers.

The young lady at the window was nice. I ONLY ORDERED A FRY AND IT WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER ATE AT BOJANGLES. The fries were not hot, very much tasted as if they had been seating under a hot lamp/light for over a hour or so. I was wondering why no customer cars were in the parking lot. I wont be back, sorry palmetto!

This place has never recovered since the Pandemic. if you don't eat between 6am -noon don't visit after that you will just have food sitting there from the lunch rush. they just have body's there that have no idea about food safety.

To start, whats with the stupid computer voice taking my order, i know its too much work for a human. Secondly, the sausage bisket is damned everytime. All burnt to hell. The hashbrowns and coffee are usually good, crispy hashbrowns and good coffee, but my last visit they were salty and not crispy, kinda soggy, and my coffee looked like a glass of milk after 2 creamers added so that was watered down. Nice girl at drive thru with pretty smile.

This place used to be a great spot for a quick bite, but it’s turned into a real dump now. The service is super slow, and I ordered food through the app with low expectations of it being ready on time. After paying for my simple order of chicken and biscuits, I waited an extra 15 minutes beyond the 30 minutes suggested by the app. I could’ve easily air-fried the chicken when I got home. But when I arrived, a rude cashier told me it would be another 30 minutes and pointed to the crowd of angry customers also waiting. It shouldn’t take an hour to put together a simple order of chicken. It seems like this store is not switching their fryers over to lunch early enough and are being caught flat-footed, predictably, at noon on Sunday when everyone wants fried chicken. This isn't a hard job, and these people still manage to screw it up. I’m going to Publix next time. Southern Living rates their chicken better anyway.
