This place is a joke, why do I have to repeat my order 3 times at the mic only to get to the window and have to repeat it again, there is always cars parked waiting for orders, I think this will be my last time coming here as I’ve given them so many chances to prove me wrong

I ordered through door dash and I never got my order. The Dasher named Elizabeth C was supposed to get my order from this location but never did. She went to a school instead. I called up door dash to cancel my order and get a refund but they said I have to call the restaurant. I called this location almost ten times and no one is picking up. How unprofessional is that no food and no customer service or refund.

Chicken was over cooked. No biscuits available for starting of lunch. Biscuits were not available until we were done with our lunch entree & side. Also, I ordered mashed potatoes & gravy...the gravy was left off. This was the most horrible Bojangles meal I've ever had. The best part of the meal was the biscuit & honey.

This location needs to be SHUT DOWN. The service is horrible ? ?. It literally takes up to 1hr to get your food. They always run out of food and sometimes they put food you didn't order in your bag. Palmetto, GA Bojangles is horrible. They need to make it another restaurant.

Wouldn’t recommend. Tea was barely sweet, had to make sure I didn’t order an unsweetened one, fries were overcooked to the max, as well as the tenders. Consumer be aware.

I dont like leaving bad reviews but google asked and I'm always transparent, my mashed potato's apparently had ...green beans maybe in them, rubber overcooked chicken, hard bisquit and dirty rice was unidentifiable, coke had no fizz, it was horrible and I live closely and usually don't go in there, this place needs to be closed, sweet tea was really weird, very nasty floors and drink area...sorry but it's true

The young lady Mikayla at drive-thru was friendly and sweet. She also helped me with my ordering because it was my first time here. I don't know about anyone experience but mines was exceptional.
