Typically, I refrain from leaving bad reviews especially for fast food or establishments that are budget friendly because I understand there are sacrifices to keeping prices low, that said- customer service and basic human decency should never be a sacrifice. My best friend is 9 months pregnant and went to this local restaurant as a rare treat only to be made to feel humiliated, rushed, and unwelcome by several of the staff members. Upon arrival the girl at the register was rushing her along and displayed clear annoyance at taking the order - I assume so she can get back to her gossip which we walked in on which contained distasteful language and complaints about various men. Next, the team was laughing and making motions that left us uncomfortable and uncertain as to what or WHO they were talking about. They proceeded to yell across the room to male staff members on their break as far as what they wanted them to order from a local McDonald’s. It didn’t help that the order was both wrong and cold. I could go on but again- I understand this is still budget dining and I don’t hold a Burger King to high standards but let’s at least ensure the team is kind and professional. Bare minimum. Do better.
