Just went here for the first time ever, paid 12.44 for a lunch combo with orange chicken and a drink and I added on 4 crab raggons! What a steal!! Food is good not the best food I've had but no where close to the worst definitely will be back to try more

Loved it, food was fresh and ready to eat, I got the combo of sesame chicken with lo mein noodles and an egg roll for $12 good portion size I made 2 plates out of it! Recommend 10/10! Will be coming back to try other foods!

Why did I go here trying to try something new the teriyaki chicken dinner I had was ok but I thought it was going to be grilled chicken instead of fried. The egg rolls were terrible and had a weird taste. The grease is old!! I shouldāve just stuck with that regular Chinese restaurant I usually go to.

First time trying China Queen, I highly recommend this place!! I ordered the sesame chicken combo, and it was soo good. Usually when I eat Chinese food from other places, they give too much, make me feel heavy and gives me an upset stomach. Not here though! It was the perfect amount and the flavor was 10/10. This is my new favorite spot!

First time customer here,heard great things about the place but it was a lie.I called in to place a pick up hoping to receive great customer service like any other restaurant.The menu is pretty small/blurry on Facebook so I asked the lady can she explain what comes with the kids chicken tender combos (I couldnāt read if it said fries or rice).She replied āCan you hurry up?ā I responded in disbelief and said āexcuse me mam are you talking to me?ā She said āyes I have two customers in line,you need to hurry up,matter a fact Iām placing you on brief holdā so now Iām furious WAITING because what just happened??? She came back and I said āDid you just say I need to hurry up because you have two customers in line are you serious?!ā (I had to correct her in the most humbling manner) She said āIām sorry so sorry ,Iām having a bad day today please order nowā I replied āNO EXCUSES MAM we all are,I want to speak to your manager! I no longer want to order with you!ā .. gives the manager the phone he said āhelloā .. I said āhey Iām new in the area and wanted to place a orderā (trying to explain what just happened) within 5 secs he interrupted me and said āno you call other location BYEā AND HUNG UP DEAD IN MY FACE ..IF YOU WANT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT GO HERE! THEY ARE RUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!!!!! NEVER AGAIN ??āāļø
Hair in my food. I asked for a refund on my meal only bc the other order did not have hair they refused unless I drive 20 min each with with 3 kids. rude and nasty will never go back.

I wish I could give them no starsā¦ me and my coworker went there to order food it was our first time but we really didnāt kno what we wanted cause we wanted to try something different so we was letting other ppl get in front of usā¦ I guess the lady got upset because we asked her a question and she was rushing us and so she started talking to the cook walked away and he came up to take our order and he was rushing us as well.. it was soooo hot in there idk if thatās y she was so rude cause maybe she was frustrated from the heatā¦ I mean it still donāt give her a reason to be rude I thought she was just bein rude to us but everyone that came in to order she was rude with themā¦ I wonāt b going back there anymore

Stopped here on my way back home to NC and let me just say this was the best Chinese food I've had in a long time. I had to purchase more to take back home with me. the vegetable lo mein was by far the best and the black pepper chicken being next. Just might have to take a day trip just to eat there.

Decided to stop here on my lunch break. I placed an order and was told that I would be charged and additional $5.00 to have my rice in a separate container ( due to food allergies ) I donāt mind being charged for the container but $5 is way too expensive. The lady was beyond rude and not willing to solve the issue.
