Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We absolutely love OM at the drive thru at lunch time on most days at this Dairy Queen location. He is so kind to us and knows our order by heart! We look forward to seeing him each time and he is the reason we come back to this DQ location so often!

Young lady in the drive-thru was a bit rude when she couldn't hear me. She seemed irritated. I felt like and inconvenience for her. Ordered two shakes. Was not offered whipped cream, but shakes came without whipped cream, even though the menu photos showed them with it. This is why Chick-fil-A is kicking tail on every other fast food restaurant.

My blizzard was already melting when they gave it to me in a bent up wrinkled cup. They weren't going to say anything about it until I asked. They had some flimsy excuse that I didn't believe. A small blizzard is $5, and they really are small. At least it could be served fresh and presentable. It's not worth the complaint. I just won't return here again.

The peanut buster parfait was served with very salty peanuts. The excessive salt was unbearable!👎

If price gouging was a place ...the prices are ridiculous ..I had a small blizzard and a small onion ring it was over $11 dollars ...wasn't even a meal .. this is insane... last trip sorry 😔 then the onion rings was burnt 😩

Food is great, but they always tend to close earlier than advertised, which is frustrating for some that only is around that area at night. Do not go here past 9 and expect to be served. There is a good chance they are already closed. They really need to update their hours if they're gonna be like that.

Blizzards and cones THE BEST

I watched them put my burger in a microwave and my lettuce and tomato were hot. PRODUCE IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE MICROWAVED. They don't wear hair nets. And I was fighting flies while trying to eat my food. Don't come here. They do not care about quality nor service.

This store is absolutely disgusting, the food and the service. When I drove up to pay for my food not only did I not get greeted I was looked at like I had a booger in my nose. I dismissed this bad customer service but I waited to receive my food. When it came my order was completed and my onion rings were literally cold. The manager came to the window and I told him. He gave me that same blank stare the first employee gave before he reached for the onion rings which I already had out stretched in my hand. I also complained about my incomplete drink and after giving me some new onion rings and he lied about it being an extra charge for whipped cream but proceeded to go get me whipped cream for my drink. When he came back I told him that the customer service was bad and that's why even though I have been living in the area for many years I don't frequent this Dairy Queen. He quickly said the reviews for the store was great and slammed the drive thru window in my face and walked off. I immediately drove to the parking area and went in. I told him how unprofessional he was and that I needed his name which is Om Panwar which he specified by pointing to a Servsafe certificate on the wall and didn't verbalize anything. I also asked him for his corporate store number and he refused telling me to find it online. This store has been this way for a long time. A bunch of people with no common decency or customer service skills. The food is always cold and they act like the customer did something to it to make it cold. Smh. I will NEVER as long as I live in Palmetto go to this Dairy Queen ever again. As a child I loved Dairy Queen but now this place is literally a dump.

This place obviously needs to be managed better. Every time I go here the dining room is closed or the ice cream machines are broken or they give me the wrong order. Every time. The customer service is lukewarm. I've given this place multiple chances. Honestly, you're better off going to the grocery store and buying a couple of pints of ice cream as it's cheaper and you get more of it. Anyway, that's what I did today after finding their dining room closed again!

The girl at the drive thru “Nikiya” was racist, she shouldn't work in customer service! My English is not fluent and her behavior was totally bad-tempered.
