Young lady in the drive-thru was a bit rude when she couldn't hear me. She seemed irritated. I felt like and inconvenience for her. Ordered two shakes. Was not offered whipped cream, but shakes came without whipped cream, even though the menu photos showed them with it. This is why Chick-fil-A is kicking tail on every other fast food restaurant.
very clean, fresh food and management even took our picture for free cone day, it was corporate, they brought our food to our table and it was the best dining experience I've had in awhile with my kids
People talking on cell phone while serving customers. Cup was dropped on floor and picked up and put back on stack while our food was slowly being prepared. Not happy with service at all.
