I've ate here plenty of times before but recently as I was ordering & I happen to look behind the counter and seen multiple rat traps. Highly disappointing and very unexpected coming from this place. Please take notice when walking into this establishment.

high quality fresh and delicious food every time. This has become a weekly staple for me and my mom. We don’t live in the area but make sure we meet at Halsa for lunch + tea weekly!

Ordered the avacado toast and a everything bagel. The avocado toast was so good the brioche bread was pillowy yet toasted to perfection and the addition of the pickled onions is genius. The everything bagel was the best bagel i’ve ever had in my life. Service was fantastic and atmosphere is warm and welcoming. My only note would be to add ice cubes to the water.

Been here a couple times now and very disappointed with the service. The lady taking the orders was extremely rude and unhelpful when we had questions about the menu. Had to stop ordering and left due to her complete unprofessional behavior towards customers. We will never visit again. Such a disappointment since she seems to be here everyday the place is open.

Came here with my mom, sister in law and mother in law. We were celebrating my MIL’s 60th with spa massages next door. We ordered in pairs, only to be told after we ordered that they were out of eggs! It was 10am. I assumed they had a grocery store or could borrow from one of the many restaurants in Serenbe. My MIL and sister in law had to change their ordered and were disappointed with their choices (I think they got bagels) and then they were not comped any part of their meal. They were refunded like $8 total for the difference in meals, but definitely not what I would expect as an apology. I was embarrassed for having picked this place and wished I had read reviews.

Less than subpar mediocre food. As a Clean Eating & Living Vegan, more is expected from a restaurant that showcases itself as a clean eating restaurant, starting with taste & flavor, indication of Vegan ingredients & options in detail on the menu along with the employees knowing what is vegan and not vegan. The service was good. At the very least purchase a rice cooker so the rice isn’t total mush.

At first glance it could be considered nice, but be prepared to pay ridiculously high prices for a 1 hour wait, cold sweet potato fries, a cold salmon sandwich, and near frozen tuna served with the poke bowl. Pair that with decor as bland as the food and tah dah….
The only redeeming quality was the service. Which wasn’t anything special, but at least the staff members were nice.
