Halsa was nothing short of amazing today. We had the Tuna Poke bowl and it was off the charts fresh and full of flavor. Stephen, the new manager went above and beyond to ask about our experience and helped us to our car in a rain storm. This service was a great addition to a lovely lunch. We will be back 💕. The build your own bowl had so many items to choose from. It was great. The Bloody Mary was one of my favorite cocktails. We plan to try Halsa for breakfast next time!

Enjoyed a relaxing mid day meal with friends, and wasn't disappointed.
The create your own bowl was more than expected --- chicken and salmon - orders along with a juicy burger.
Yes, we decided upon a cookie as dessert and it simply was delicious 😋

We stopped in for lunch our first time in Serenbe and I thought it would be like coffee shop food, cold sandwiches and salads, etc. I was surprised by the choices on the menu. Plenty of hot meals to choose from in addition to gourmet salads and sandwiches. Left full and satisfied and will be back again. Good find.

Please visit Halsa and try their crispy kale and Brussels sprout tacos. I substituted the tofu for the salmon. All I can say is absolutely amazing! Great first impression so far in Serenbe!

I have to be dairy free for my breastfed baby. (Talking, blood in her poop, constipation, horrible gas pain, etc.) The cashier was really sweet in trying to accommodate me. The lady behind her was getting fed up with all the questions I had to ensuremy meal was free of all dairy... and she rudely suggested to the young cashier to just give me a lettuce wrap for a bun. I only popped in because it was after one, I had been to an appointment in the same building, and I assumed it wouldn't be too busy (it was not.) And I certainly wasn't the only one who took awhile to order. I ended up just getting the burger with the lettuce wrap bun. But no sides or drink because I felt uncomfortable by that point. I wish I had just gone somewhere else. $18 for a (albeit delicious) beef patty with some condiments, pickle and tomato slices.... Not really worth the price tag. Just kinda sucks because I'm still hungry AND I over paid for not a lot of food and an awkward atmosphere. Probably not gonna come back. At least not until I am done breastfeeding my baby. Then maybe I won't be such an inconvenience to the staff.

Great healthy kids options. Just choose the bowl option and decide what you want in it. Same for adults.

It took over 45 minutes to get our food. It was so painful. 45 mins for a couple of sandwiches and a chili that was likely already made and just needed to be portioned. There is no chance I’ll ever go back. It’s not like the place was packed.

My boyfriend and our friends went here for lunch after horseback riding @Fresh Daily Farms. We really worked up an appetite and we all were happily satiated at Halsa.
Good healthy portions. Our friends ordered the Fried Chicken sandwich which was more like a burger!
My bf had the Turkey club sandwich which also was good and filling.
I had the Salmon salad ($17) which was perfectly grilled and good the dressing was delicious.

Pretty Affordable organic food I would come back for lunch again.

Stopped in for a drink after the spa. We ordered 2 glasses of Prosecco and it was absolutely terrible. I am not opposed to canned wine, but this should have been marketed as a sparkling Chardonnay or something because that’s what it tasted like (at best). It was listed as a Lamberti Prosecco and I truly don’t even believe that’s what we had because it doesn’t look like they market a canned product. It was the most awful wine I’ve had in years.
