Food temperature was less than lukewarm. You can only use a credit or debit card. If you bring cash, it must be exact change. Whether picking up food through the drive-thru or picking up food inside the restaurant, there is a five to ten minutes wait only to receive food that's cold or lukewarm.

Ordered my food and when I actually sat down to take it out, it looks like they just gave me the leftover scraps of a breakfast meal. Took it back ask for a new one got a attitude will not be coming back here. Please look at your food before you leave or pull off. Did not even get an apology.

I stopped at the gas station connected to the McDonald’s to grab a few things. I went to the restroom where an employee walked out of the stall and straight out the door, she was nowhere close to the sink.
Then we decided to order food (despite the previous thing). The kid at the register was very good. He even got me on the up-sale and I ordered a couple of pies. They were out of one flavor and the other would take 15 minutes. So, no pie. We took our food to go. Sandwiches were “ok”, the fries were very fresh and hot. They also had half a pound of salt on them. Overall I say, stay hungry for a bit longer until you find anything else.
I wanted to try the new chicken Big Mac got home bit into it and it was beef go back up there and tell them the error and the box clearly states what it is error on there part I said I’m keeping it cause they ain’t gone do nothing but throw it away manager says I have to take it cause we have to account for it make it make sense you just took my time my gas and u can’t let me keep the burger so petty but I like the regular Big Mac after taste testing but the white guy manager was an as trying to do to much treatment was awful I felt discriminated upon

It seems like every time I go to this location there’s a problem with my food. I had to drive back one time to get it corrected and the Manager was extremely rude. She said that the grease was old and there was nothing they could do about it that the fish sandwich would taste that way because of the grease . And she had the nerve to ask me so what do you want me to do about it? 😳 I was simply asking for a replacement. I didn’t want to refund or anything else just give me another sandwich in its place…. It could’ve even been a big Mac or a quarter pounder, it did not matter . And she gave me the hardest time , they ended up giving me a refund, but I didn’t even ask for that. I just wanted to replace the sandwich and she said she could not do that . She finally tossed a sandwich on the counter towards me and walked off …..Talk about the worst customer service ever!!! I will NEVER support this location again!!!! Just Rudeness at its finest!!!!!

This location is the worst. Everyone need to be replaced! From having you wait 30 plus minutes for 2 items. The customer service is non existing. I've watched your ride ass employee sit and hear a customer trying to get their attention and will ignore you. If you can't meet the standard service then SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN and get better employees that care
