“My friends and I are regulars at Crosstown Grille. We are also Rewards Members. We love everything about Crosstown. The food is good, the service is good, the Happy Hour is good, and we feel at home there. Has a great community atmosphere.“
“Went to Big Daddy's with a seafood extravaganza in mind, and it didn't disappoint.Started with an appetizer special "Treasure Chest" featuring Scallops and Shrimp baked on a Fish fillet and topped with bread crumbs that was unique and delicious. Followed by Fried Oysters, Crab Legs, Oysters Rockefeller, and finally Peanut Butter Fudge Cheesecake (which had to be taken home after a couple of bites). All of it was very satisfying and delicious.A great bar atmosphere, on the bar side, with pool tables and darts, as well as a family-friendly restaurant with a separate entrance adjoining the bar. “First of all the atmosphere and food was good. We came around 2 pm on a Saturday and were concerned we wouldn't be able to have a table for our large family of 6, but we were greeted and sat down quickly. Our waitress came over and took our drink and appetizer order fairly quickly. She brought our drinks and we told her we needed a couple minutes to order. 10 minutes passed and someone else besides our waitress brought our appetizers. Since the waitress never came back to take our order I told this person that we were ready to order and she went to find our waitress. The waitress took our order.Before she walked away with our order we requested plates for our shared appetizers. She never brought them- so I waved her down to ask again for those plates. She finally brought them. Food came and 3 drinks still needed refills she was supposed to bring after taking our order and we also asked for ketchup and ranch for dipping. We had to ask for a second time for the ketchup and Ranch before actually getting it. She asked if my daughter wanted another soda and she said yes. She forgot that as well. We finally finished and asked for the check when she realized she never brought that drink either- she did offer it in a to-go cup.I don't know if she was overwhelmed, new, or just not having a good day- but the service truly became an annoyance as we were constantly waiting for things I feel should be given like condiments and plates for large appetizers. I don't want to give her name here as my review isn't to shame her, but more to let the establishment know that for a $160 before tip meal for 6, the service was truly sub-par.“
“The stuffed mushrooms were delicious. The Cuban sandwich was somewhat dry and bland. The fried catfish was very good, if it hadn't tasted slightly fishy, it would have been excellent. The atmosphere was somewhat spoiled by a group of 4 rather loud white males at the bar talking about how much they loved trump.“
“The burgers and food are great. The service can be really subpar depending on who is there. The attitudes ? unfortunately of the staff are not friendly from the owner down at least to us. We did love the chef with the long hair he was great. We really enjoyed the karaoke night with our family it was fun. As much as I love the food and the fun I have a hard time going somewhere I don't feel like my business is appreciated over and over. We tried.“
“Was rather busy.. but it was Saturday and there were lots of festivals, fairs, egg drops in the area. Seated us quickly and attended to us promptly. Food was good. Onion rings were a bit over done but we're still good.Parking: As it is a shared parking lot for many businesses including a Publix grocery store it can be difficult to find parking at peak times“
