Big Daddy’s Oyster Bar

I discovered this place a week ago and let me just say that they're oyster Rockefeller's are to die for. I get them baked twice so my bacon is crunchy and boy are they scrumptious ?. My go to place now for my oysters and the price is reasonable!

This is truly a HomeTown meal like you've been there all your life. You can smoke a cigar and have a good drink with quality food and people. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great ventilation system as well.

And if you have a family they have a section of course and where you can sit down and have quality dinner, lunch or anything with the family

My wife and I have been coming here 5+ years. We stopped in tonight (granted its been 5-6 months since our last visit) to grab a drink and a sandwich.

We ordered 2 vodka club sodas, they were weak. To the point we wondered if they had any alcohol in them at all. We ended up ordering a shot to split between our two drinks. When the shot glass was dropped off at our table it was maybe half full.

Our total 2 for extremely weak drinks (vodka soda) and a half shot of Tito's ($11) was $36... $36, what?

The lady serving us was very nice and the food was good, but this will be the last time we order drinks here. My wife and I were blown away when we got our bill. There are fine dining places in town that do not charge this much.

I am not sure what has happened in the last 6 months or so, but this is not the Big Daddy's we are used to.

I didn't get any food or beverages. Only there for the motorcycle ride.

Smoking cigs inside and the pool-table-folks… I happened to be there during a trivia night. Obnoxiously loud. Mediocre food, great service. Oysters Rockefeller were not prepared well. I won’t go back.

Cute little mini-pool hall with leagues, darts, a full menu, and a number of good-looking (for their age) older women clad in tight leather with an air of desperation about them. Onion rings were good and cheap. Bar service and table service.

We loved that there were 2 sides, one smoking/bar side and one family side. The service was top notch and the food great. They were also able.to accommodate our large party.

Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu and specials right now for kids eat free. The non smoking side is a win for families.

Tried it tonight for the first time. And sat in the non-smoking side. We had a couple appetizers, and split a Philly Cheesesteak and Patty Melt. The food came out super fast and was very good and fresh. Service was excellent. Ashley was very attentive. We will definitely be back! All of that food plus a drink for less than $50.

Moved here almost 3 months ago. The bar is great and the food is fantastic. The atmosphere is awesome too! I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to have good food and good service. The only down side is that I play in a pool league here and within the last couple of weeks and today (not a league night) I noticed a trend starting. On Wednesday there were quite a few people starting to get really mad because whomever controls the music skipped quite a lot of songs. People paid money to hear the jukebox and their entire list of songs got skipped. About 12 dollars worth. Tonight was no different, songs were getting skipped because whomever is in control of that just didn't like the song. Never mind that patrons who come in and buy food and drinks and listen to good music get to be able to do that. There is a sign on the jukebox that states that the bar has the right to skip music so play at your own risk but it has gotten out of hand and you waste money just because someone doesn't like what you paid to hear. With that being said the bar is a great place but whomever is skipping music more that frequently is upsetting a lot of people. I hope the owner addresses this. Other than that, the establishment is really wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't been there yet. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because of this issue.
