Big Daddy’s Oyster Bar

Terrible service from a young server named grace. My wife and I are 65 years old and don’t want a server vaping over our food and drunk taking shots with a young group of kids at another table.

Always a good time here. Open pool tables, attentive waitresses, and good food. Only thing would make it better is if the pool tables were better maintained. Awesome place.

Been to Big Daddy’s a lot over the years. Unfortunately, the quality has gone down. Service on the “family friendly” side takes a back seat to the rest of the establishment. It has become quicker to ask “what do you have?” Instead of ordering what you want just to be told we “just ran out last night”. Canned response from the staff. If I haven’t heard that be told to me the last 3 times I’ve come in and even called two days after one of my visits and they stated it would be a few days before we get any back in stock. So today, had some time to kill and they to rattle off a list of what they don’t have again. Ordered fries and hush puppies…. Luckily they had that in stock at least. I will definitely eat here again, but will need to check my expectations at the door to prevent disappointment. Because at this point I feel it’s my fault.

We have been enjoying Big Daddys for years. This visit, we both had the fried shrimp dinner. The shrimp were large and flavorful. Great batter as well.

I discovered this place a week ago and let me just say that they're oyster Rockefeller's are to die for. I get them baked twice so my bacon is crunchy and boy are they scrumptious ?. My go to place now for my oysters and the price is reasonable!

This is truly a HomeTown meal like you've been there all your life. You can smoke a cigar and have a good drink with quality food and people. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Great ventilation system as well.

And if you have a family they have a section of course and where you can sit down and have quality dinner, lunch or anything with the family

My wife and I have been coming here 5+ years. We stopped in tonight (granted its been 5-6 months since our last visit) to grab a drink and a sandwich.

We ordered 2 vodka club sodas, they were weak. To the point we wondered if they had any alcohol in them at all. We ended up ordering a shot to split between our two drinks. When the shot glass was dropped off at our table it was maybe half full.

Our total 2 for extremely weak drinks (vodka soda) and a half shot of Tito's ($11) was $36... $36, what?

The lady serving us was very nice and the food was good, but this will be the last time we order drinks here. My wife and I were blown away when we got our bill. There are fine dining places in town that do not charge this much.

I am not sure what has happened in the last 6 months or so, but this is not the Big Daddy's we are used to.

I didn't get any food or beverages. Only there for the motorcycle ride.

Smoking cigs inside and the pool-table-folks… I happened to be there during a trivia night. Obnoxiously loud. Mediocre food, great service. Oysters Rockefeller were not prepared well. I won’t go back.

I met my soul mate on a app and asked her if she would like to come here for our first date and we have came back every chance we get to enjoy the amazing atmosphere and good quality time together!

Cute little mini-pool hall with leagues, darts, a full menu, and a number of good-looking (for their age) older women clad in tight leather with an air of desperation about them. Onion rings were good and cheap. Bar service and table service.
