I need to talk about Blume Organics, because what happened to me in there was not a coffee run. It was an experience, and I am not being dramatic when I say I did not want to leave.
You walk in and it hits you immediately, this place feels like home. Not the generic candle-scented version of home either. The real thing. Warm light, good energy, the kind of place where you exhale without realizing you were holding your breath. I came in for coffee and left wondering why every other coffee shop has been lying to me my whole life.
And the coffee itself, handcrafted, and you can tell. Not the assembly line, punch a button, hand you a cup situation. Someone actually made this. There is a difference between a drink that was produced and a drink that was crafted, and Blume Organics understands that difference at a molecular level. Every cup feels like it was made specifically for the person holding it.
Then there is the gift selection, which honestly deserves its own review. An entire array of options for the people you love, thoughtfully picked, not the usual mass produced filler you find everywhere else. I walked in for coffee and walked out already thinking about who in my life needed something from this shop.
But the thing that stuck with me most was the care. You can feel it in how the space is put together, how the coffee is made, how the gifts are chosen. This is not a business going through the motions. This is people who genuinely love what they do and want you to feel that love the second you walk through the door. And you do. Every single time.
Five stars is not enough. Go to Blume Organics. Get the coffee. Get the gift. Stay a while. You will understand exactly what I mean.

The 2 young women (blonde and red head) that worked Tuesday may 19th were so sweet and helpful!! I had a great experience and the latte was great. However, the cinnamon role was a bit hard.

I have been to Blume twice. Ellie took my order the first time and she was wonderful. The second trip, Haley took my order and was fantastic. They were both super professional and courteous. I will be back!

I placed a phone order. That was fine. When I came in to pick up my order, I stood behind a lady that was waiting for someone to come to the register & check her out.

The cashier that assisted her had naturally red or died red hair. I didn’t get her name.

She had a lengthy conversation with the customer. No problem. I was standing behind her the entire time clearly waiting to check out as well. When she finished with the lady, she IMMEDIATELY turned away from the counter as if she didn’t see me & started talking to two other employees.

Literally had her back turned, seeming to be oblivious that a paying customer was at the counter. I KNOW she saw me standing there the whole time. Eventually one of the other staff came over and checked me out as she could see that I was in shock that I was just standing there being unassisted.

Very weird experience & I probably would not come here again. $12 for a small panini is not worth that kind of service.

The latte was great but the chocolate raspberry cake was dry and had very little raspberry, the cannoli was filled with icing instead of cream.

Lacking in service, let our drinks sit and get cold while we are waiting right there by the counter. I saw them after I walked around to the other side. No friendly greeting. How about training your employees to be welcoming and attentive.

Would have given 5 stars but the service was crazy slow today!

By far my favorite espresso (everytime) in the surrounding area however I’m continually disappointed in the service. Staff is always very standoffish and non responsive. I have to repeat my order multiple times as they never seem to get it the first time. The boutique is beautiful and has lots of over priced fun things.
