Based on the reviews, CAVA is a chain of Mediterranean-style restaurants with tasty, well prepared food served with both care and speed. The food is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Every ingredient tastes high-quality and perfectly prepared. There is a fairly wide variety of offerings, including vegetarian and vegan options. The spiced lamb meatballs wrapped in pita with hummus, tzatziki sauce, and veggies are a specialty. The steak was missing a little flavor, but the honey chicken is recommended for next time. The pita chips are a tasty addition. The customer service is phenomenal. Staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and attentive. They let customers sample different foods and work as a team. One reviewer received excellent customer service due to a wait time on harissa chicken. The portion size is superb. It is a lot less expensive than a trip to the Med and very nearly as good.
