Chicken Salad Chick

Cute place. Amanda was amazing! It was our first time here and she let us sample a couple flavors to see which one we would like. The sides were good. If this was near me I’d have it for lunch often since it’s light… of course depending on how many sides you get. Grapes were like a fruit salad and everything else was solid. 5/5 in terms of ‘fast food’.

I came into get containers of chicken salad for a party for tomorrow. Turns out you can only get larger containers through the catering division. Lady in kitchen said 24 hours notice. I told her I needed it for tomorrow afternoon . She wouldn’t let me

Chicken salad was not even covering the bread. Just bread. I have been to other locations and this was not the case.

Ordered cranberry Kellie. No cranberry’s at all in it and the slivered almonds were not slivered they were large pieces that overpowered the salad. Mac and cheese was very soupy and no flavor. Will not be going back!!

The manager Ms Paris is amazing. Her staff Emma an everyone else is always really nice, quick, clean an considerate. I enjoy my experience every time.

The food, service, and staff are great here! 100 heath score too! Lisa was so friendly assisting me and I believe the manager, and one other staff member asked me how I was doing, it immediately brightened my day. This will continue being the location I return to! :) highly satisfied & recommend.

My experience at Chicken Salad Chick in Peachtree City was pretty cool overall. The restaurant was clean, welcoming, and had a relaxed atmosphere. Jennifer was very knowledgeable about the menu, especially the soups and the different food options, and she took the time to answer our questions and make great recommendations. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly, which made the experience even better. Customer service really stood out, and I appreciated how friendly and attentive the staff was. I would definitely come back and recommend this location to anyone looking for a casual spot with good food and great service.

Food is good if they get your order right. Service is terribly slow. A lot of times you can hear the works say things about each other over frustration which is a little odd

We hadn't been to Chicken Salad Chick in a while, but were having friends over and wanted an extra food option. We purchased 3 large containers on chicken salad from the refrigerator section. The only chicken salad I tried was the classic carol and it was FULL of fatty hard pieces, and chewy shreds of chicken, awful. The worst part for us was the cashier though... While she was giving us our crackers, she kept looking back to see if we chose to tip! We do not tip in that situation..She gave us 12 crackers for 3 large containers of chicken salad. We had to go to Kroger and purchased a box for $6 ourselves. There is a survey on the bottom of the receipt that I won't be taking because I don't want the $1 off my next purchase out of principle. I will look for a corporate number. Hopefully, whatever downward spiral is happening there will turn around.

I was so disappointed yesterday 10/3/25. It had been a minute since I had chicken salad chick. And was looking for that authentic taste. But, to spend over $40 bucks 2 pints of Fancy Nancy that had 1 grape in one container and the pecans are so minced now u barely no they are there and 1 or 2 small pieces of apples in both containers.

The 2 pieces of dried White Chocolate Cake tasted old no moisture. I will not be going back after that the quality of the food and the price you pay for just chicken salad is not worth the sacrifice you pay to get quality food.

I like the food but yesterday I got a melt and it had a hair on it. The guy, maybe manger offered to make another. My meal was 1/2 finished and I truely lost my appetite. An offer for a refund would have made more sense.
