Chicken Salad Chick

The food is really good!!! I'm not even a big fan of chicken salad but they do it right here and they have varieties of chicken salad and the way you can get it, like on bread or not, toasted or not, and some other options. Good lemonade too, excellent broccoli salad. Hits the spot for lunch or dinner!

I was on my way to another restaurant in the plaza and saw this cute restaurant with outdoor tables and a cheerful atmosphere
I ordered the Cranberry Kelli provolone cheese melt croissant sandwich accompanied by a cup of it was out of this world good!

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the over the top service. Way too much. I don’t want to be bothered 2-3 times during a ten minute meal. You get your food, and your own drink. I don’t need you asking me if I need anything 2-3 times. Ridiculous. Other than that, perfect

As we walked through the door we were greeted by a very upbeat staff. The dining room was clean and it was bustling but not loud. Seating was available and so we picked a spot in the center of the restaurant. We added a dessert which was a slice of white chocolate cake. The cake was a bit stale; we should have requested the server give us a slice from the cake that only had 1 slice missing but we were given a slice that was already packed and sitting on the counter. Apart from that - the meal was scrumptious.

Something we noticed that ticked us off. A few patrons had eaten and just got up and left their area strewn with trash and the table still had the utensils and plates on it.

Please remember, when you go in Chicken Salad Chick the dining area is clean please leave it like that. Remove your cutleries, plates, cups and trash and put them in the area designated for them. When another patron comes in and sees this - immediately they begin to think that the restaurant is filthy and no one is checking and cleaning behind the patrons who recently left. The staff is busy serving and someone is always in the dining room cleaning well that’s what I saw. To be honest, if I had walked in after those patrons and saw all that mess I would have immediately turned for the exit. Let’s remember to clean up after ourselves.

My meal was delicious as usual however the slice of cake was VERY dry. As dry as a popeyes biscuit i literally almost choked..tasty but dry idk if it was simply stale or lacked simple syrup, i recommend repurposing the cake into cake pops and sell individually.

Hey Chicken salad chick how can you not put crackers in my Togo order love your food it’s just not the same without crackers next time lunch is on you

I’m very disappointed with the quality of the food. The fruit wasn’t fresh and the chicken salad was warm. My family and I couldn’t eat it.This was my first visit to this location and was not greeted upon entry, no one acknowledged me the whole time. The restaurant was completely empty but tables were dirty and the floor was dirty. 0/10 will not recommend.If you’re looking for delicious chicken salad, please check out Blume Organics or Chicken Salad Chick in NEWNAN.I honestly didn’t want to leave a negative review but I must share my experience.

First time there. I had a BLT chicken salad on a croissant, it was a nice lunch.

I like their various chicken salads but watch out for the lettuce if you get a salad.I ordered a salad to go. The scoop of chicken salad on top was very good. I thought the salad was slightly overpriced for the size especially since the only other veggies were a few cherry tomatoes (cucumbers were missing). Worse - I had to throw away about 1/3 of the salad because much of the lettuce had slimy black pieces hanging onto the leaves. Gross. Maybe they shouldn't use spring mix as a salad base since pieces of it can go bad quickly while the rest looks okay. I've noticed the same thing happens when I use spring mix at home so I only buy small batches, use it soon, wash it well and sort through it carefully before eating.I would have taken the salad back but I didn't have time. I'll probably eat there again but won't order anything with lettuce.

Came here a few weeks ago for a quick lunch and everything was great! Food came out quick the the employees were so friendly. The broccoli salad was soooo good, I would definitely recommend getting that as a side.
