Chicken Salad Chick

I like the food but yesterday I got a melt and it had a hair on it. The guy, maybe manger offered to make another. My meal was 1/2 finished and I truely lost my appetite. An offer for a refund would have made more sense.

My first time ever eating at one and omg it was soooo good. The loaded potato soup was delicious, with the perfect ratio of potatoes, cheese, bacon bits and seasonings. I paired with an original chicken salad on wheat.
I wish I had one back home because I call this good old comfort food.
I can't forget to boast about how great the staff was and also very friendly. The dining room was immaculate. Kudos you're all doing a wonderful job.

Food was fresh, tasty, and the atmosphere a relaxing spot. Which was the perfect answer to our busy Saturday of shopping! I would have added photos but my food is gone. Chicken Salad Chick will always be the better choice when thinking of “fast food.” Except their chicken salad selections, along with their other menu options, are made with intention and served with ❤️.

Just spoke with Blair and I have been so sick. Sending my daughter to pick up something to help my appetite. Blair was so kind and sweet I almost cried. She made sure she took my order and got what I liked ordered and even something to help with my summer cold. In a world where everything is going on, ONE small act of kindness means so much. There was a hair in my food, disgusting, wear hair nets, i spent $30 in food and had to throw it all away

Everybody has bad days. But my goodness. They don’t have any food and the lady Kaylie has the worst attitude. While placing orders for customers she repeatedly said “ I don’t work back there idk”. Then as I’m placing my order she says we don’t have any of that. Ok, this is my first time here! What do you have? I pick and she says thanks for making my life easier. Ma’am. And it smells like old mop water

The employees make this location! Everyone who works here cares about what they do, and the service and presentation of the food reflects that. Things are done with careful consideration, down to the most minute detail. I always get The Chick with an Olivia’s Old South sandwich (add lettuce and tomato) and a fruit side. Some examples of what I mean by care: the chicken salad is always spread to every corner of the bread. I’ve had it at another location where it’s literally a formed scoop sitting all fat and unwieldy in between the two slices. Here, the lettuce and tomatoes are always super fresh and carefully arranged on the sandwich instead of being tossed on there like you’d throw a jacket on a couch. Half smashed grapes, sad soggy strawberries? Not in these fruit cups. Only the freshest fruit, with a perfectly ripe strawberry slice sitting on top where you can see it. Every👏single 👏time👏. I just love how hard everyone works to make sure you get a truly nice little meal. It’s so refreshing to see people putting effort into their jobs. I drive out of my way to go to the PTC CSC because the staff makes it worth it.

In the past I’ve have great service with the staff and food however today’s visit wasn’t as pleasant. I placed my order on the app for pickup, while the food was ready on time the presentation was very sloppy. The broccoli salad dressing was spilled over into everything, the chicken salad, the cookie and the pickle was all crammed together on one side of the plate as if someone just slung the to go box into the pick up area. Not worth the thirty minute drive today!

The food is really good!!! I'm not even a big fan of chicken salad but they do it right here and they have varieties of chicken salad and the way you can get it, like on bread or not, toasted or not, and some other options. Good lemonade too, excellent broccoli salad. Hits the spot for lunch or dinner!
