You can't be rude if your food sucks. Ordered a Al Pastor burrito and it so little meat on it I thought it was a veggie burrito. Burrito was square it was rolled so poorly. Ordered a drink and the drive through lady said she didnt have time to make it and slammed the window in my face. I've gotten better customer service at a car jacking before.

I have placed a mobile order from this Chipotle three times and picked up at the window. Each time the individual in the window has been super rude! The first time it was a young man and the last two times it has been a young lady with glasses.On yesterday, I sat in the line for a few minutes to pick up my order once I got to the window I witnessed her wipe her nose with gloves on while making a bowl. I prayed that it was not my bowl. When she finally came to the window she handed me my order and just walked off. I said "Ma'am?" before the window closed and she just continued walking off. I had to sit at the window hoping that she would come back.

Get inside and left.. I would never eat on a place that dirty! Where you can even seat or walk around without stepping on napkins or rice! Definitely if you want customers to go back it should at least be clean! I have never had chipotle but today was going to be our first time ordering to go… but nooo! It felt disgusting, not to mention the bar where the ingredients are it’s sooo dirty! All the food is everywhere. I’m sorry for the bad review but it’s really not nice! Hope to come back and see any difference.

I love Chipotle. It can be a healthy alternative to regular fast food. And this is the only one in PTC. Every time I get a hankering to order and pickup, I read the recent reviews hoping it has gotten better. But it's not to be. Still horrible reviews about service, cleanliness, food quality, etc. Everything required to be a good restaurant. Who the hell owns this place? How in the hell does Chipotle corporate put up with the continuously terrible reviews of this location!!! It's been open for a few years now and after reading the current reviews from just days ago, I'll be avoiding this place like the plague. Fix this Chipotle!!

Brother with the dreads sat around on his phone for 15 mins postponing my ordering process, get to work!! Now I'm currently blowing chicken and rice out my nostrils due to food positioning. Sitting here now with rock solid rice chunks all over me, im getting flashbacks from how overflowed the trash cans were and the god awful flavors that entered my mouth. Not even to mention the guacamole that looks like it birthed from shreks swamp. Never have I seen such a poorly ran establishment in my 90 years of walking this earth. Manager needs to reevaluate his life. What a day....

I wasted my lunch break standing in line while the staff argued in front of CUSTOMERS about the chicken not being ready! The young man making the food was touching his face and hat with his gloves and the prep area was disgusting! I just left without eating lunch ?

I've given this place plenty of chances but have given up. The staff is terrible to the customers, there appears to be zero management in place, inconsistent hours, cold food (if they even get around to making it), and above all it is dirty. Reading old reviews I see plenty of Chipotle reps saying "we're sorry to hear you had a bad experience, contact us here" blah blah blah that go back 2+ years! Seriously what are y'all doing here??
