My first visit to Highlands Bakery was an interesting experience. I ordered the classic eggs benedict. Unfortunately, it was cold, which was a letdown, and gave me a stomachache. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by the Sweet Potato Pancakes that I tried. Best experience ever!!!! Food is top notch delicious! Drinks are amazing and a reasonable price!! The owner Boutros is literally the best person i’ve ever met, so attentive. All servers are great.

We had a buffet lunch on Easter day. Turkey breast, candied ham, beef, and a variety of sides, salad, drinks and desserts. Delicious food that was nicely presented. This was not free, however. Breakfast always is and it too was set up with many choices, which were all very tasty. Recommend this hotel restaurant.
