It’s a tiny kiosk in a sandwich shop, the sandwich shop has great options. The Cinnabon options are limited. Still, good place to eat and get a yummy dessert.

Rude customer service. He barely spoke and acted as if I, the customer was getting on his nerve. All I asked was if they had pecans for the Cinnabon. I'll never go to this one again and I'll be sure to let ny friend and family in the neighborhood know nit to patronize this establishment. Ride for no reason.

Cinnamon bun was extremely dry and not fresh the worker told me that the Cinnamon buns are all fresh even though I asked for a NEW fresh one then he warmed it up in the microwave and that made it worse I rather drive to the mall.No they don't participate in any promotions.

Very disappointed. Cinnabon’s were as the reviews said. Dry and hard. Poor customer service and the packaging was not clean at all. Horrible experience.

Excellent service but the cinnabons were dry and not satisfying. A premade bon may make sense to the employees but it's a huge turn off for patrons. My wife and I will stick to stores with heavy foot traffic and sales which increase our chances of getting a fresh bon.
