“This store has improved dramatically over recent months. There was an extended period where in-store was closed and you could only order via the drive-thru, the store would be closed early, and poor service meant pruduct quality was all over the place. Service can still occasionally be inconsistent, but the pruduct standard has normalized.“
“This place has done a complete 360 in the last 3 months or so!I went to grab a coffee on my way home this afternoon, and had the best experience! ? Karsyn greeted me with a smile and she was SO sweet! We talked for a couple minutes and I mentioned that I have an almost 2 year old son.. and she lit up and said “does he want a donut?” I can’t tell you how much this meant to me… not because she offered me something for free, but because of how kind and genuine she is. She made my day! The most simple gesture. We need more people like Karsyn in this world! She is a precious soul.“
