Dunkin' Donuts in Douglasville

“Very slow and there seems to be a lack of staff training. Mgr was yelling (never helpful in an already stressful situation) and the kids were trying but there was a lot of confusion. I went in because the drive thru was sooo long - got my coffee and bagel and back to the car before the last vehicle in line when I had gone in had even ordered. Suggest some manager training which would lead to better staff training!“

“The manager at this location is amazing. He's always so kind and he helps fix any issues immediately (even when it was my mistake). I go there every weekend and he's always there with a smile on his face. Even when he was the only person working. Hands down my favorite location.“

“I visited this Dunkin' Donuts on my way in to work (🤫 I wanted to surprise my coworkers with some donuts for breakfast) There was a long line at the drive-thru and even though it was moving quickly I decided to get a little exercise, so I parked and walked into the lobby. I greeted by a nice young lady welcoming me to their store. They had already helped the 3 persons in front of me so I was asked if they could help me. I ordered a dozen assorted. The young lady (who was VERY pleasant) took the payment, and went straight to collecting the donuts from the cabinets for my order. I was in and out and in my way in a matter of moments. My coworkers enjoyed the surprise THOROUGHLY. All in all I'd have to say the experience was great. I will be returning when I have a craving for donuts again...which will probably be tomorrow 😋!“
