Food is very fresh and delicious. The best sweet tea I’ve ever had. I had smoked turkey with bacon.

One of the larger stores I've seen for a Firehouse. Plenty of parking and seating. Food is always on par here.

Firehouse makes great sandwiches, I just wish they weren't so expensive for what you get. This location (like most FHs) takes their time making your sandwich, but it always turns out warm and delicious. I guess since the pandemic, they don't have a bunch of sauces to try out like they used to. I remember not too long ago they had like 30 bottles of different sauces from around the country and Mexico. This particular store has ample seating available and the restroom was clean when I used it.

This restaurant closes at 7pm, which is bad enough. (Who closes at 7?) We try to order online to pickup but a pop up says you have to call to order. We call and no one answers. We rush to get there at 6:45 and the open sign is lit but the doors are already locked. So many other good sub joints that actually want our business. I won't be trying that hard for a firehouse sub again.

Service is horrible. We ordered a medium hero and Mac & cheese. It took 20 minutes to get the sub and they didn't prepare the Mac & cheese.

the bread is sugary, which is not what i like in subs, which deprives a sub of a good, savory flavor. im very sorry, but id say im being pretty fair in my standing.

We just pulled up to the restaurant at 6:41 ready to enjoy some yummy Firehouse only to see a worker sprint to the door and lock it. According to their hours, they don't close for another 19 minutes!! Sorry, lazy workers unwilling to work a full shift, take care of customers and represent their Firehouse brand!

Do not recommend this location. The lady taking our order was very nice but we waiting almost an HOUR for our sandwiches to be made, and my sandwich wasn’t even made correctly. Very disappointed and will not be back.

Very very very rude employees. Place is joke. 30 min to get a sandwich and it’s wrong. The staff (young girl name starts with a D) was very rude and acted like she wished I would have never came in. She was eating behind the counter licking her fingers while I ordered it was comical. She needs to go back to the slums where she crawled out of and get out of PTC

Horrible, avoid at all cost. Two young women working today. One was really rude. My father had a bad experience a few months ago. Now I had a similar experience today. Won't ever spend another penny here.

We used to visit this Peachtree city Fire House regularly as a family. This place used to be great. Well prepared food and a fun freestyle coke machine. About two years ago something changed. We initially blew off our bad experiences to understaffing or made up excuses but after repeated bad experiences we stopped going regularly. Going from twice monthly to every other month. We decided to take a 6 month break and recently tried again hoping maybe something had changed. We were wrong. It took 45 minutes to receive our food. While we were waiting we used the freestyle coke machine. The only flavor that worked was HiC and Powerade. The other drinks tasted only like carbonated water. The chips were not stocked. As we sat patiently waiting we were at least entertained by my kids trying the awful drinks. At some point we smelt something burning. Finally our food was ready. The burnt smell was one of my kids grilled cheese half the bread was black. There was no way the staff didn’t know. My sandwich the Jamaican which is normally served hot was cold and only had meat on half the sandwich. They forgot my other daughters grilled cheese altogether. They did apologize and brought it eventually. Overall terrible experience. We were not alone in our bad experience as there were 3 other families there all of which made comments about how long it took the get their food, the lack of chips and the drink machine that didn’t work. I wish I had asked for my money back. It is sad that what used to be a great after church tradition for our family has turned into such a disappointment. I don’t know who owns this store but I am surprised it stays open.

Staff was extremely rude and slow. I waited 20 minutes watching every order come out before mine being wrong. So of course, mine was also wrong. Staff had zero care for customer service. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
