So this place needs some adult supervision. Today the soda machine wasn't working, no ice. My order was not correct. Asked the the sun to be sliced in half. The kid who made it cut into 2/3 and 1/3 sections. And would some please they'll the young man behind the counter that he looked ridiculous with him comb over hairstyle. He can't see through the hair that literally flips down to his upper lip. Looks kinda like a Shetland Pony, lol. Just sayin
Food is good but for crying out loud don't use their app an expect their delivery time to be anywhere near what they say. App users are second-class citizens. You'd be much better to just go to store and stand in line and order. Or you can order online, then go stand in line until they wait on everyone else, and then make your order!! Ugggg

Firehouse makes great sandwiches, I just wish they weren't so expensive for what you get. This location (like most FHs) takes their time making your sandwich, but it always turns out warm and delicious. I guess since the pandemic, they don't have a bunch of sauces to try out like they used to. I remember not too long ago they had like 30 bottles of different sauces from around the country and Mexico. This particular store has ample seating available and the restroom was clean...read full review
