“Grabbed a quick lunch here one day after the gym, and needed to give this place the praise it deserves. The food was 10/10. All of the sushi was fresh and the flavors blended together perfectly in my bowl. The service from the tall, young man behind the counter was even better. He had the perfect timing with his questions, advice, as well as allowing you the time to peruse and make up your mind on ingredients. The way he prepared the bowls and interacted with staff, made me think he had worked in other well-run dining establishments and was just really, really good at his job. As a former bartender/server, it is something innate that you cannot teach, that you recognize in others. This staff member could definitely take his craft and continue to climb the ladder in the food industry if he chose. He deserves recognition as a stand-out, in a world where MOST of the people in the industry, sadly do not have the proper etiquette or passion for the position anymore. The manager(owner?) was also very friendly and amicable, and overall, I really enjoyed stopping by here for lunch.“
