Had 3 sips of my iced latte and had to toss it. Very weak espresso, tasted water down. Will give them stars for the creative drinks they had to order. But not the place to go if you like your typical coffee drinks

Books a Million always has extremely friendly workers who genuinely care about your experience. I can recommend this store to anyone who like coffee or reading.

This has become my favorite coffee stop! Every time I go the service is quick and friendly. Love to just stop get a coffee and read a little.

Normally I don't write negative reviews , however I feel like I should this time. Now let me just say the staff is great but their desserts need a bit of work. I know what you thinking "what where you expecting , your buying pre-made food from a coffee shop". But when I sat down to eat my sweet I try to stick my plastic fork into it and the prongs bent backwards because it was that hard. The force of my cake was to great for my fork too handle. So I take the cake home and proceed to put it in the microwave for 25 seconds. Now the cake force was broken. .....So ate it and now I think I may be sick soon... But great coffee!
Good desserts and pastries! Not a huge fan of the drinks. Definitely needs better wifi

Aside from removing the card from their dialogue they are amazing. Their books for a bargain section is where I get a lot of good cookbooks.

I personally think the book club card is a great idea, $20 a year and you save money on EVERYTHING in the store, you can even use it in the coffee shop, it pays for itself in a few visits.

Go see Dane at Joe Muggs, great Cappuccino's and don't forget to leave a tip.
