Great food and service

Freezing 🥶 cold in restaurant. Had to go out to the car and bring in blankets. Nearby, the guest gave us thumbs. One elderly gentleman placed napkin on his head.

Visited this location with a friend on 1/25. First and foremost, the food was absolutely incredible! However, the high level of unprofessionalism from the staff was enough to make us NEVER come back. We were sat in a back corner, which I can only presume doubles as an employee resting spot? The entirety of our visit was filled with hearing very loud complaints from the servers about each other and other customers—how much they are (or are rather not) tipping, not wanting to work additional tables, why isn’t one server required to do more work than the other, each other having bad energy…the list goes on. I totally understand having a bad day and wanting to express that, however it was all my friend and I heard throughout the ENTIRETY of our visit from multiple workers. It got to the point our own server began to speak to us about her woes with the workplace, which I just found very unprofessional. We couldn’t even enjoy our own time together due to this. In the end our separated bill was incorrectly inputted and only noticed after our payment was already taken. Our server had no solution, leaving us to figure out how to go about making sure we sorted the money out. As delicious as the food was, it’s unfortunate we will never be returning.

Cold outside. Was told manager didn’t want to turn on heat. Finally found the manager and heat was turned on for about 10 min. Then cold again. Ordered large filet medium well thinking it would at least be pink. Came out rare. Took 20 minutes to get it back burned. Appetizer of onions were cold. We had been going there for 25ish years but place definitely has gone down hill! Save your money for something better. Sucked!!

The food was great the service was good the atmosphere was great the problem was when I went to the restroom and I went to the restroom before I ordered my meal we would not have stayed at this establishment it was destroyed to say the least toilet paper on the floor on the things stuff we should say on the walls we would not have stayed unfortunately I was already done with my mailing we were leaving when I went to the restaurant
