Been coming here since they opened. Portion sizes have shrunk while prices have increased. Quality has dropped dramatically. I hate it but this will be my last visit for a while.

The food was not tasty at all. The prices for the quality of food and portions were rather comical. The person who brought out the food noticed right away that my order was wrong mentioned it. I thought she was going to take it back to fix it but instead just put it down on the table.
I’ll never go there again mostly because of how bad the food tasted to me.

Frankly I can't believe this is run this way - Approx 1/3 of the available tables had old food debris on them - nobody tending to it. Spilled liquid on floor so you had to stand in a puddle to order, place was dirty - surprising for PTC and a national chain. The food was rather expensive and tasteless Tomato soup tasted old thick and burned. They need some workers there and someone that cares as an owner

Have been here a few times. First time the food was not that great and it took forever to get food. Most recently the food was decent and it got out within 10 minutes but it took a while for orders to get made and you have to take your cup up to the front to get a refill.

There were only 2 employees working. I ordered food and never got it. The young lady Etinosa was kind of enough to help us on her break. The manager, Margarita told Etinosa that she will take the order because she was on her break. If she had of let her take the order I would have received the food. Margarita stated she called the back to us but I didn’t hear it. She cannot do everything by herself so she should have let Etinosa take the order.
I was here and it took a good 35 minutes for food and the food was not up to size

Today i ordered a chicken Ceasar wrap. There was no ceaser dressing at all, no pickle, spoiled lettuce and a stale wrap that disintegrated as soon as I picked it up. The wrap was my third choice since most of the online menu was not available. Not even a chocolate chip cookie. 😕 The quality of this restaurant has taken a huge downhill slide. And waaaaaay over priced. I suggest take your money and eat somewhere else. Too bad I cannot post pictures.
