Service was really nice, food was less than to be desired. Chicken Cesar wrap was real dry with no dressing. The wrap itself was so brittle and dry that it literally fell apart when looking at it. Asked for another wrap and was brought out a wrap bare handed and just handed it to us. Not sure we will be back again.

Fist time here and after walking in I waited about 3-5 minutes being ignored by the guy behind the counter. Finally asked him if he or another could take my order. The guys wasn’t very polite but I ordered the New Yorker to go. Looked great but the quality of the meats are terrible. Won’t be going here again for sure.

First time at this particular location. The customer service was by far amazing but the food was lousy. Definitely not worth the money. I ordered a kids cheese pizza and a fruit cup. This pizza looked unsatisfying. The fruit was old and brown. I ordered a spud with soup because only after ordering the guy informed me they were out of broccoli cheddar soup. (Refund). My food was brought out to be pretty decent timing. It just didn't hit the spot like expected. My spud was like warm. Butter barely melted. Restaurant is kept very neat and clean. Bathroom was in excellent condition. The food has definitely got me stepped up several notches. Otherwise this restaurant won't make it much longer. Food temperature and presentation needs to match the prices.

I ordered the McAllister's wrap. The wrap came cut in half with all lettuce on one half and all meat on the other half. Come on guys!! It's over $11 for a sandwich man. At least make it a great sandwich for that money!!!

Typically I love this restaurant, but won’t be frequenting this location again if I’m in the area. Food came out wrong TWICE, but I was super hungry so I just dealt with it. My husband’s food was supposed to be hot and it came out cold. The lady said they would correct it and fix him another sandwich but they just heated up the original sandwich and brought it back out after he distinctly asked them new sandwich or this one just heated up. It came back slimy and a complete mess. But again we were hungry and just let it go. Shouldn’t have though considering how expensive our meal was. The pickles were skinny and matted and didn’t seem all that fresh. We got strawberry lemonade to drink and it was disgusting. Tasted like it had been sitting there for months and had a bad after taste. I’m almost positive it was old or the container needed to be cleaned or something. Told the lady at the front container and she acted as if she didn’t give a damn and didn’t want to be there anyway. Save your money and try another place in the area if you’re hungry.

The best McAlisters Ever! I have to swing by the Gutheries next store to get chicken fingers for my kids since they don’t like sandwiches and them do the walk of shame to eat together as a family while getting our McAlisters Salads.
The manager is super friendly and non-judgmental. Brought us plates for our Gutheries Chicken Fingers so it wouldn’t be so messy and even brought cookies for the kids to eat after dinner!
He was very attentive and came to check on us several times during our dinner and even today when I just dropped by to use the restroom, takes the time to speak!
