My wife and I used to eat at Mimi’s at least once a week. Now it is down to once every six to eight weeks. The food is great, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. It is one particular server I have a problem with and almost everytime in we are stuck with her. Whenever this happens, I wish I chosen somewhere else to eat. The other day we were in and after she brought our food, we never saw her again. My wife had to to counter and ask for a to go box. Not offering...

This is just a really good, solid choice for breakfast. The type of place you would miss from back home. Service was friendly and quick. Really made me feel welcomed.
I had the western omlette - old fashion style with hashbrowns and a half order of biscuits and gravy. The omlette had plenty of filling, the hashbrowns were crispy on top, and the biscuit was soft and perfect with the gravy. I washed it down with a sweet tea. My meal was filling and held me over all day....
