I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the sweet lady in the drive-through. She was warm and welcoming and she absolutely made my day.💕
I know she’s been there for a while but it’s time I put in my two-cents on Ivonne, the morning cashier for drive-through. In my opinion, Ivonne is the best thing that’s happened to our Crosstown McDonald’s in a long time. Her over-the-top friendliness and up-front presence helps me forget that the window person didn’t so much as smile when they handed me my food, they shut the window before asking if there was anything I needed, and walked away...read full review
