I have been coming to this Starbucks every day for years and there has been many managers come and go at this location. Half the time my order was never right and the crew was never friendly. But for the last 2years I can actually say I enjoy going in and getting my coffee fix. The manager Joyce is absolutely the best decision this Kroger has made. I’ve been coming here almost every day for 7.5 years, morning & sometimes afternoon (bad caffeine habit, I know!). Not all the baristas are the same level of friendly, but they all make my drinks perfectly. The barista in the afternoon, Jesse, doesn’t chat much w/me, but if there is ever a mistake in my order, he quickly makes it right. That’s the important part! Plus he always draws a cute cat on my drink. 🥰 I love it!

I went there today, Feb 2, 2025. The two girls working there were in such a negative mood. Weren’t nice to an elderly lady in front of us deciding what to order. Then came us and they just weren’t welcoming. My matcha latte wasn’t mixed well at all. I normally have a pleasant experience, but their negative attitudes aren’t acceptable in any work environment.
