Yesterday, On Halloween, I made the last minute decision to grab a quick dinner, As did all of PTC. The wait time was very long but i was given updates at least 2x prior to my order being done. The entire team was working their tails off. Handling the volume like true champs. Two consecutive great experiences. Pizza ready in the time given, good quality and very nice workers. They even decorated for Halloween and gave treats to my kids. Good environment, I will continue using this location.
