Yesterday, On Halloween, I made the last minute decision to grab a quick dinner, As did all of PTC. The wait time was very long but i was given updates at least 2x prior to my order being done. The entire team was working their tails off. Handling the volume like true champs. As a manager of many restaurants myself, I could feel the stress they were under and I just hope they celebrated when the night was done. Not many good compliments come across on reviews but I wanted to express my sincere thanks for making me and my husband dinner.

Two consecutive great experiences. Pizza ready in the time given, good quality and very nice workers. They even decorated for Halloween and gave treats to my kids. Good environment, I will continue using this location.

I ordered a Pizza with 2 garlic sauce. They brought one and It was broken soaking the box and pizza. I sent it back. Driver still wanted a tip and I called. Whoever I talked to was just as oblivious and just said OK. What a pathetic franchise.

Had to grab a few pizzas unexpectedly and placed an order on the app in a rush got 2 carryout specials 15 mins later my order was waiting hot and ready when I came inside. Very friendly only 2 associates in the store both making pizzas and was still helpful and friendly!I was given plates napkins and a bag as it was a bit windy out. This may seem small but the effort put into making sure I had everything speaks volumes. I appreciate you team!And will do more business here just for the service

I would give it zero stars if possible. We waited two hours for our order before we called the store to check the status. The girl on the phone was incredibly disregarding, told us they were closed although they weren't, placed us on hold for 10 minutes to then tell us that our order had been sitting on their counter for an unknown amount of time.

It took 2.25 hours to get this pizza, and it had to be reheated because it was so cold. I will not use Papa John’s again!
