Sourdough bread was old and stale. The Mac and cheese that I was looking forward to was old and had what looked like, a big piece of paper in it. I was so disappointed and disgusted. Do better!

I love Panera overall. Food is great. However, the customer service at this Panera is quite terrible. I come here just about every Monday afternoon, and we are always guaranteed a grumpy service. The food: great. The atmosphere: mostly ok. The service: they need to do something about that. It’s honestly not super hard to lighten up and be a friendly service to customers. I can tell that the staff members are friends, but they never transfer that kind energy to the customers.

I think I’m done going to this Panera Bread. It seems they have go through management change the past 18mo, but I’m not seeing results. The staff always acts like it is inconvenient that you are there to make a purchase, and I received frozen ‘whipped’ cream cheese that turned into mush. It’s too bad because I truly like Panera; this franchise needs to improve

Out of my 37 years of living I have never experienced anything bad at Panera until I visited this one the food preps had an attitude because I wanted a new salad because the one that was made for me had pork in it and I don’t eat pork so instead of remaking it they just removed my egg that the bacon was sittin on and gave me the same salad again I asked for lettuce on my sandwich and they didn’t put any on I have always had pleasant visits at Panera but this one left me highly disappointed at 8 months pregnant I just wanted my food the way I’ve always remembered it made perfect and served with a pleasant smile !

Disgusting place. Natalie found Roaches in the bag of lettuce. Verna is an abomination to society. She is very much the worst manager I’ve ever had. Human decency isn’t even a question in their handbook. The worst leadership I have seen in a restaurant. Please steer

Stop playing. The salad was frozen and mostly iceberg lettuce. Frozen stalk ends in my salad, I would never put in a salad just pull them out folks-as if they thought I was going to eat the stalk end. Should’ve ordered a sandwich instead but I wanted t to be healthy. Nine dollars is a fair price for a salad and chips, but this salad was not worth it and I would not recommend. I’ve had a bad experience before with their salad, but I didn’t know where else to go over here to try something healthy and this isn’t the place. Great space for meetings, and the host cashier was nice and the desserts cookies are great but I would not recommend their salads. The only thing they may have cut are the onions.

Food is always tasty. Today my mom picked up our order and forgot to see if they included my drink. It wasn’t included so I went back to pick it up. I didn’t get her name, but the pink haired lady behind the food prep area was super helpful and apologetic. She offered to make me 2 drinks to make up for our inconvenience. She was so sweet!
