The last two times I visited this location were disappointing. I walked in and ordered a breakfast pastry ring and when I took it out at home it was so stale we couldn't eat it. This week I stopped in and purchased bagels for home. I went to the display and moved to theClerk to order 6. When I got home he had pulled the wrong bagels for my order.. I live in Griffin and this store is so convenient on my way home from Newman. I will give them another try but I will check the contents and freshness before leaving. Is this the quality I should expect from this company? Very disappointing.?

Please when packing bagels why would you put in everything bagel in the same plastic bag as a cinnamon bagel? Every single time. I even asked on my order for the asiago bagels to be in a separate back which they did but then they put the cinnamon crunch and the everything bagel in the same back. Do you guys actually even eat the food there? Because if you did you wouldn’t do this

I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl in the app and picked it up in the drive thru- turns out they were sold out although the app did not display this. The cook was so kind, he proceeded to make me a chicken bowl with broccoli and greens and teriyaki sauce- just missing the rice since they didn’t have any. Great customer service and I’m so appreciate to the cook who did whatever he could to make me happy!
Customer service was great this evening in the drive thru. She asked and didn't mind putting my rewards # im when sometimes in the past seems like an inconvenience. The young lady was very professional and friendly.I went early enough this evening the chicken and wild rice soup was good and was not mostly water or broth. This has happened many times in the past. Tonight it was excellent. Along with my strawberry banana smoothie it was great.I havent ordered the turkey avocado in a while since there would only be one slice on my sandwich or it would look bad. I may try this again soon.Order the breakfast sandwiches with brioche bread early or they may be sold out! They are pretty good overall.

I don't think they have an actual cook because the food taste like some random person cooks it. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and they were full of pepper. The chicken avocado melt barely had chicken and was not well

I went to pickup bagels this morning - I was there at 7:00 AM and they were already out of everything bagels! They open at 6:30! I was told they sell out really fast on Tuesdays because of the Tuesday special. That's fine but don't you think that you might make more than usual on Tuesday's knowing this?! And apparently once they make bagels they don't make anymore the rest of the day! The worst Panera! They are always out of bagels!!!
