Customer service was great this evening in the drive thru. She asked and didn't mind putting my rewards # im when sometimes in the past seems like an inconvenience. The young lady was very professional and friendly.I went early enough this evening the chicken and wild rice soup was good and was not mostly water or broth. This has happened many times in the past. I don't think they have an actual cook because the food taste like some random person cooks it. We ordered breakfast sandwiches and they were full of pepper. The chicken avocado melt barely had chicken and was not well

I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl in the app and picked it up in the drive thru- turns out they were sold out although the app did not display this. The cook was so kind, he proceeded to make me a chicken bowl with broccoli and greens and teriyaki sauce- just missing the rice since they didn’t have any. Great customer service and I’m so appreciate to the cook who did whatever he could to make me happy!
