Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings is a restaurant known for its inconsistent service. Customers have reported slow drive-through service, where orders are taken one at a time, and cashiers often fail to repeat the order correctly. Additionally, the staff has been described as lacking urgency, with orders taking a long time to be prepared and incorrect items being served. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a popular choice for those seeking chicken fingers and buffalo wings.
