Waited 18 minutes after placing my order and then went inside asking for my money back. Someone gave me a receipt saying "refund" but when I checked my bank statements, they actually charged me twice. $42 for zero food. Having to deal with bank now to get my money back.

Staff forgot one our salads. We reminded them 2 times , waited 15 minutes, kitchen staff had no since of urgency. Asked for flavored tea and the lady said she couldn't do it even though the machine with various flavors was easily accessible.Ordered Cobb salad, and got house salad, with old lettuce.

Walked in to order take out and had to wait over 25 minutes for an order of egg rolls and two orders of 4 piece shrimp got home to find all orders were overcooked and hard to bite into. Cooks need a refresher course on operating the fryer. Won't be going back anytime soon.

I've not had food issues with this Zaxbys location but it doesn't unfortunately help that this is the worst Zaxbys I've been to in Fayette and Coweta Counties. I've only come through the drive-thru here but I mean I don't understand or get it why I have to wait 10, 15, or 20 minutes through the drive-thru. I mean the person only takes the order of one person at a time and then leaves you waiting until he's finished with the customer in front of you from them pulling to the window, to getting the payment, and then the food. Then your order is finally taken and the procedure begins. Okay I get it about short staff but I don't think that's the problem here. I think it's management that is the problem. They need to figure out a way to improve it since I just don't think I should be experiencing a drive-thru procedure that takes 20 to 25 minutes when others are like 5 to 10 minutes.

The last two times they have forgotten to give me items I paid for. The second time was my fault for even going back. I don’t mind the 10 minute drive thru waits even though there’s only 1-2 cars in line. But if you’re going to be slow at least get the order right. And now I’ve found a hair in my food. Nice job!

If I could leave zero I would. Sat at the drive through forever no one asked our order. Pulled up to the window to a girl who just stared and finally took our order, she told us to pull up and she would bring it out to us. My husband had to walk inside to remind her we were waiting because the car behind us got their order.
