It's the small things, literally and figuratively. Asked for cheese cups instead of garlic, plainly typed in the app. Nope, not a one. Sooo, called and asked for a manager, hold for a minute, explained concern then asked to hold again. 4-5 minutes in he came back and advised me it wasn't noted anywhere and I could pay for the cups and be put in the delivery lineup, less the delivery fee. 80 minutes for order.
