First time ever at popeyes. Got some coupons in the mail and decided to give it a try. Not disappointed. Chicken sandwich is spot on. Delicious.

Frequent this establishment lately do to my mother's illness she's not able to eat much but she can tolerate the pot pies. The customer service is awesome food always hot never old.

I order pickup at least 1x weekly, usually 2x. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

1. 8 minute delay to get an order placed at the drive through window.
2. Didn't have order ready, and asked to pull forward. They were to bring it out.
3. Waited 15 minutes (SHRIMP ORDER???). No delivery. Went inside.
4. Counter had totally lost my order, and acted as if I were from Mars??
5. Finally got the order. It was NOT CORRECT! They delivered finally (25 minutes!!)
6. No offer of any adjustment to make the terrible service right!
7. When I got home to open the shrimp boxes, one was short a piece of shrimp!??
This store is, and was, not up to the expected experience at Popeyes!

Hands down one of the best Popeyes out there. I work down the street from this Popeyes and both me and my coworker go here almost everyday and it never disappoints. We are always greeted with a smile. The chicken never disappoints always hot and spicy like we ask for. The area is always cleaned and maintained. Always professional. If your ever in the area and want Popeyes this is the one! Everyone in this place deserves a raise.
