I absolutely love Schlotzsky’s, especially for their sourdough BBQ chicken pizza—it’s my go-to! They have amazing deals too: BOGO on Wednesdays and just $5 after 5 PM on weekends. The restaurant is always clean, the service is great, and the ambience is relaxed and welcoming. Everything about this place keeps me coming back. Highly recommend if you’re a sourdough pizza lover!

Ordered take out sandwiches and when I got home, there was no meat and included pickles which I asked not to include. It wasn’t worth going back so I threw the lettuce and tomato sandwich away.

Customer service must be a thing of the past. I understand that everybody may not be in the best mood but if that’s the case go in the back for a minute and get yourself together. When a customer comes in the store, the same way I don’t know you is the same way you don’t know me. I did not like the attitude that the employee gave me when I asked for the price of the cinnabon…leave the attitude at home ESPECIALLY when I didn’t give an attitude . Also when you place things in the bag it should be done in a manner where it’s not going to tip over or be leaning.
