I went there today, Feb 2, 2025. The two girls working there were in such a negative mood. Weren’t nice to an elderly lady in front of us deciding what to order. Then came us and they just weren’t welcoming. My matcha latte wasn’t mixed well at all. I normally have a pleasant experience, but their negative attitudes aren’t acceptable in any work environment.

Went there this afternoon around six and I’ve been thinking about it all day. The barista that was there made me the BEST chai latte I have ever tasted in my life. I regularly travel between PTC, Atlanta, and Decatur, and this location is the best I’ve ever been to. Quality is and always has been great and consistent.

The atmosphere is not the best here. This is not a good place to bring your younger kids! Has a good to go and drive through options! Dinning in is harder because it is busy and not very clean

I was so impressed with the two baristas today.I had gotten an americano with cream and sugar at a different Starbucks today and realized when I got to Kroger, they never put the cream and sugar in it. I asked the Kroger Starbucks if I could have some cream and sugar and explained what happened. They were both above and beyond…even said they’ll remake it. They completely fixed an error from another store and were so gracious about it. I will now order from them when I go grocery shopping and skip the other place

Love love love when Isabelle makes my coffee! She is so sweet & it’s always made to perfection
Worst service ever. I came up and she was chatting with boyfriend. I never got acknowledged, I was told they did not have cold brew then I was told they didn’t have Venti size. I gave my order three times and they still messed it up. I asked for half and half and she didn’t even mix it. both ladies had a straight attitude with me, I took one sip and threw my drink away. I even had to ask her if I could pay she just stared at me. I felt like I was the one working.

Service was extremely efficient. Most of these reviews are quite old, the staff must’ve been changed out or massively debriefed by management because the kind woman who usually is there when I go to get my drink is incredibly quick. Within a minute of ordering she’ll have it ready to go, with none of my customization missed. It does cost extra for light ice, which is ridiculous but that is a corporate issue with most Starbucks locations so cannot blame it on this store. Overall a good location.
