Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I am dairy free and almost every food item contained milk ingredients. Thaily was very friendly and accommodating. She came up with a solution so I can order food which I appreciate because most food workers are not properly trained about allergens. She went above and beyond to check the ingredients and we discovered that the eggs also contained milk, unfortunately. Thank you Thaily! Give her a raise!

I love coming here but honestly one of the newer girls does not look happy she took forever on my food I could see her with no sense of urgency for orders I felt like I was being played it looked almost like she was working slow motion I’m not even joking 🙃. It was also not a busy time I waited almost 20 mins for the food portion of my order 🥲

My wife and I visited recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. We were not greeted when we arrived, and the staff gave the impression that our presence was an inconvenience. Customer service is an important and this interaction left us feeling unwelcome. Because of how we were treated, we will not be returning.

Awful location there’s never any parking! I had to drive to Fayetteville location. Ample parking.

I ordered a smoothie and watched 10 other people order after me get their food and drinks before I did. They need to hire more people during busy hours. Unacceptable and will not return to this business

Used to be good but now ANYTIME I order anything, something is always wrong and I hate that because it’s one of the only somewhat healthy restaurants around.

They were busy but still took care of me right away. The staff was very welcoming. The portion size was nice as well. I will be returning.

The food is great when I get what I order. I have ordered online and in person only to get home and something is missing or wrong. Happens every time but it's kind of impressive with the constistant inconsistency. I'm done making the two trips for a simple meal, I'll go somewhere else.
