Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Veryyyyyy iffy. It depends on what time you order and who is working there if you order the zalads..

They will give you rotten and wilted, mushy black lettuce, and not enough shredded cheese.. this has happened to me exactly 7 times now- so I just HAVE to say something now.

Like come on now, this is food safety and customer service common practice at this point. It takes just a few seconds to toss out what you yourself would not put into your mouth.. so how about not giving it to customers?

Thought I would try the new lemon pepper wings they were very small like baby wings I was so shocked at the size and it was 9.50 for 6 and no fries but I will say the sauce is good but I want be back way overpriced

The Zensation salad used to taste different. It's more bland now. Maybe the citrus dressing was the reason???

They ignored us over 5min and didn’t take our orders. There were two Zaxbys employees behind us. They took those employee’s order and still ignored us like we didn’t exist. We left the restaurant.

Zaxby's never disappoints! Their chicken fingers are always crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. I also tried their Buffalo wings this time, and the sauce options were amazing - the Tongue Torch flavor was my favorite!

The fries were hot and perfectly seasoned, and the signature Zax Sauce added that extra kick to every bite. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring our food came out quickly, even though it was a busy time.

The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming - perfect for grabbing a quick, satisfying meal. If you're a fan of great chicken and bold flavors, Zaxby's is the place to go.

This is truly one of the best fast food experiences I have had in recent years. I placed a large family sized order via the app. Within 15 minutes, it was ready to be picked up. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the order was made to specifications. In addition the price was reasonable something a lot of fast food has lost sight of.

Making people sit in the drive thru so you can finish one order before starting a new one and keeping your drive thru time low is so insanely rude and just plain deceptive. I have been sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes with 2 cars in front of me and was asked to wait when I got to the box to order.

My son loved the beatable box and the birthday cake milkshake. The lady had no idea of gluten free options

I went by when it was empty and ordered a kicken chicken meal. The tenders were sad and pathetic looking and one of the cashiers was rude. I would recommend any other place Tyan here.
