Making people sit in the drive thru so you can finish one order before starting a new one and keeping your drive thru time low is so insanely rude and just plain deceptive. I have been sitting in the drive thru for 10 minutes with 2 cars in front of me and was asked to wait when I got to the box to order.

My son loved the beatable box and the birthday cake milkshake. The lady had no idea of gluten free options

I went by when it was empty and ordered a kicken chicken meal. The tenders were sad and pathetic looking and one of the cashiers was rude. I would recommend any other place Tyan here.

DO NOT TRY THE NEW TACOS!!! So gross! Way too much sauce, a shred of lettuce, maybe 3 tomatoe cubes and 1 piece of chicken per "taco". $11.00 for nothing but sauce. HORRIBLE.

I recommend NOTHING! Wben they are that ridiculous a out price, I refuse to recommend. We spent $45 for 3 people. 3 big platters. 1 ranch sauce ea h and 2 zax sauces. Asked for more ranch or perhaps and they were rude and said we'd have to pay 25 cents more for each. After paying $45!

Poorest customer service ever! Giving you an attitude telling you to hold while no one is even at the window !!! What are we holding for? Sat in line 10 mins. I was told they do 1 person at a time at the window before taking next order!! That’s NOT FAST FOOD.

We had a great lunch at Zaxbys Today. Special thank you to the young lady who was working the register this afternoon. She was working the front alone and was very busy. She was extremely polite and pleasant and made us feel more than welcome.
