Worst experience I ever had in US. AC was broken and the screen was blurry. Actually we thought it’s a 2D movie and not mentioned any where about 3D while booking tickets. But no 3D glasses were provided and it’s a 3D print.

Went here Saturday night, the staff were rude. When we got in the theater it was nasty it was dirty dishes and cups out from the last movie that was played. I give them a 0!!!! I will not be back!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience my family and I had during our recent visit to your location. We are a family of five who absolutely loves dine in movies and frequently choose your establishment for our outings. Unfortunately, this visit fell far below our expectations.

When we arrived and were seated at the bar to take our order, our waitress attempted to take another party’s order before ours, despite us being seated first. We were not able to place our order while sitting in the theater. This lack of attention to proper service was frustrating and set a negative tone for the evening.

Additionally, at approximately q8:30 p.m. we were informed that 90% of the menu items were unavailable. This severely limited our dining options and prevented us from enjoying the experience we came for.

Due to the combination of poor service and the lack of menu availability, we were unable to properly dine, and our night was negatively impacted. Regrettably, this experience has made us reconsider returning to this location in the future.

I hope management addresses these issues so future guests do not encounter the same problems.

This is my second time coming to this location and each time we come they’re out of something. I have a family of five that unfortunately couldn’t eat their choice of food. This time it was several items, no short ribs, warming cookie, fries, neither burgers, the cinnamon sugar churros had no cinnamon on them, the street corn was horrible. Couldn’t get a mojito because they didn’t have mint.. etc.. I didn’t drive a hr for dinner and a movie just for them to be out of majority of the items. Please do better!!!

Sad to say one of my favorites might have became my least. My husband and I came here all the time when it first opened this is our first time back since and I was excited to see the menu changes. We ordered three plates short rib Alfredo, $25 Mac and cheese bites kids meal $12 and chicken Souvaski $23. The only thing that was decent was the fries on the kids meal. My pasta was so poorly seasoned and oily and the chicken was bland. I was so upset because we spent so much money my husband spoke to management and they agreed to make something else. This time I ordered a burger and street corn and hubby shrimp pasta. Mexican street corn tasted like someone dumped a bunch of seasoning in it. I couldn’t even take a second bite burger was okay though. Hubby said his pasta was okay. But for the price it was utterly disappointing. So upset that I even spent over $150 on this experience for three plates of food a Long Island and a popcorn. I hope yall can turn this around cause we loved it here

They charge 19% take a picture of gratuity and they don’t even serve. Not worth it. Go to studio movie grill.

On September 28th, I decided to deviate from my usual routine and order food and beverages at the bar before heading to my theater.

The bar area was clean, inviting, and had a relaxed atmosphere. Tae, the bartender, was exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and even offered me samples of a couple of unfamiliar drinks on the menu. Both were delicious, making it a tough choice. His bartending skills were impressive.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at CMX CineBistro Theater in Peachtree Corners. The theater itself was great, with comfortable seats and excellent screens. Tae’s service was a fantastic start to a great evening.

I would highly recommend this theater to friends and plan to return for future movie nights.

Unbelievable experience food drinks and a movie

We have been going to this theater for years and it just keeps going downhill. The bar is poorly stocked and is consistently out of items on the menu. On our most recent visit I ordered a burger with no special sauce as I am allergic to mayo I made this very clear with the server and my burger showed up with the sauce on it. The server also had an issue with their ordering system and told my friend that was on a separate ticket that he’d be right back to take his order. He never came back and my friend didn’t get a drink or dinner. We will go back to watch a movie, however we will never order food or drinks again. We will have dinner at the many excellent restaurants in the same complex before or after our movie.

Side note edit: I love how the "management" replies to 5 star reviews but ignores everything else. Such a classy spot.

Nice spot, but if you can't get to the movie 20 mins in advance, don't bother waste your time, they don't have enough employees to cater to each theatre and if the movie starts forget about ordering food, your on your own..
