Would not order Sunday mornings during brunch time, this place was extremely crowded and complete understaffed to handle the volume of customers. Picking up 3 online orders, Waited 30 minutes to be told my online order was lost, meanwhile the other 2 orders were cold.
I hope they hire more staff to better serve the in-store customers and online orders.
I have been a customer for many years. Today, the food was horrible. Both meals were clearly sitting in the kitchen getting cold. Mine was warm, so I ate, but my date’s was cold so we had to send it back. I will give them one more chance. If this happens again? It will be time to find a new restaurant.
Great breakfast! Will definitely try them again.
