Jolene's Wings & Beer

I placed an order for 20 boneless and two boxes of fries through Uber eats and they didn't send the fries and one of the boneless boxes was incomplete. Terrible service and they didn't even respond to the claim. He doesn't care about customer service. They never gave an answer.

This food was horrible. Chicken was uncooked. After one bite I knew if I ate the meal I would be sick. Trashed the meal. 42$ door dash wasted. Please save your money!!!!!!!

Well I waited for almost an hour for my food and around minute 42 I went inside and asked the hostess what the hold up was, her response was, "well we don't go back there (the kitchen) so I'm not sure." THAT is not an answer. It was a mess. No one knew why it was taking so long, and no one offered to help solve the issue.

Took them over 30 minutes to make my 8 wings. Also no one answered the phone when I called for curbside delivery, so I had to go in. It wasn't even busy.

I ordered Garlic Parmesan wings. They looked SO good on the site, full of sauce and grated Parmesan Cheese. The wings we got did not look like that. We ended up using garlic mayo we had in the house. The pic looked so good I'm willing to try again but ask for extra sauce on the wings. I had high hopes because my fiancee and I think Lazy Dog has great high quality food but the wings need more sauce. Also ordered Kung Pao wings. The color was right but could have used more sauce as well. Fries say cajun but I'm thinking they are the same cajun seasoning they use on the Cajun Lime wings because the fries tasted like Tajín. Drinks are great size!

Wings were a bit dry (in the sauce department) but had excellent flavor & the taste and texture of the chicken itself was great. Very good onion rings & tots and tasty dipping sauces. Add more sauce to your wings Jolene, and you may end up with a 5 star rating.

We decided to give the wings a shot and ordered two sauce styles. Both were dry, had very little flavor and were underwhelming at best. Won’t be back.

Awful wings! Cold, very dry with no sauce or flavor.
