Chef Micheal was awesome! The NY strip and short ribs were amazing! The steak had PERFECT flavor and was truly cooked Medium! Even the cooked onions were delicious! The ribs were so tender! My husband loved it! Thanks for a perfect dinner at the Hilton! We are glad we opted to dine in versus finding a local spot. Latitude 33...we enjoyed the drinks, dinner, and dessert.
I was there Saturday, December 17. The bartender was pretty much alone and served as bartender and server. She did a great job. About 15 people were standing in front of her wanting drinks and she held her composure and worked that line down. She was very friendly.I also came for breakfast the next morning. They had a nice buffet-style breakfast that was 18.95. There was so much to choose from.I would recommend stopping by if you are staying at the Hilton.

Came by for a late afternoon pick me up. We decided on a a well balanced choice of cappuccino, cake, and fries. Service was top tier.
