When picking up a order for my family member the elder men who worked at the store tonight deserve 5 stars but i can not ignore the way the general manager of the store this night talked “AT” his team . Especially when it’s obviously they’re doing their best! Just because they are elderly does not make them no less than an human tryna make a living!! Do better!!

Not sure if i missed a special or confused someone with my order, but I paid $17 for 1 medium pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni... it's it, 1 medium pizza. I will not be back to Domino's for a while. That just doesn't pass the common sense test.

I ordered my pizza online like I always have. I assumed my pizza would be correct like it always has been. I went to pick it up and headed home immediately. After getting home I open my pizza and I don't have ANY of my toppings on it so I called the store. Took awhile for someone to answer, they may have been busy so that's okay. Once I got the last on the phone I let them know what was up. The lady informed me that I would have to bring the pizza back to the store, but I told her that it would not be possible as I am headed out of town. She brings it up to her co-worker and I can hear him cursing about it in the background. I think that's RIDICULOUS, because I had a legitimate complaint about my pizza that I PAID for and didn't get exactly what I ordered. When she came back on the phone I told her I had heard exactly what he said. They didn't even want to partially refund me or anything.

One of the worst Domino's I have ordered from in recent history. I ordered a two topping pizza and the Buffalo Chicken and both items were delivered cold and the Chicken was the smallest bits of chicken I have even seen and I order it frequently from many different Domino's being on the road. Also the have managed to bypass the tracking system and show your order as delivered as soon as it leaves the store. This probably gets the manager high marks from corporate with quick on time deliveries but the reality is the customer stuck waiting with no idea if it will arrive at all or in 5 minutes or 65 minutes. I had to call multiple times before delivery received. Total Scam as far as I'm concerned and that is Management not the poor driver's who have to deal with befuddled customers.

I got a pizza last night an it has very little to no sauce some in a few places, so i ate a piece an my daughter did an we both said this is dry, so i saved it an night, so i took it back the next day! Pulled up see someone smoking outback, went in an there was a couple waiting, the gentleman said i think there not coming back till Xmas, i did someone is outside smoking, as we were saying that! RYAN came in rolling his eyes because he heard us! I asked him could I exchange it!! HE said you're not getting a pizza from me ask the next manager on next shift, Then I told him it was from last night it was too late to bring it back, Then at his finger nails looked like he had just fixed a few cars an he smelled pretty bad also, kinda glad he didn't fix it!!! So if you see RYAN make sure his nails are clean!!! He looked just as dirty as his attitude and finger nails!

If Domino’s doesn’t give the manager Pam a raise there should be protests in the streets. I left my home after the hurricane to stay with friends here in Perry that have power and I have had awful experiences at every restaurant I’ve gone to but this sweet woman took the time to care about my order and the fact that I am severely allergic to mushroom. We need more people like her in this world. I hope she sees this and if you do I hope you know you brought me so much comfort in a time where I forgot what comfort was.

If I could leave Zero stars I will the pizza was trash it was cooked uneven the crust was hard i waited for 35 minutes or more for carry out the cashier acted like she didn't know how to take orders when my pizza came up it sat on the shelf another 5 minutes before the employee looked and asked me was that my order he just threw the garlic sauce on the crust it was thin and hand tossed this domino did have good I don't know what happened but it not good anymore and all the employees needs to start wearing gloves when making people pizza too because when they leave and go outside or running the register i seen no one wash their hands.

We are here from out of town. Ordered in person from this Domino's thinking what could go wrong?? Placed order and was given estimate of 30 min to ready. Left and returned to pick up order... came back with receipt and order number and asked if pizza was ready? After another 20 minutes decided this to be a lost cause. This Domino's is completely unorganized. I would not recommend.
Worse place to order pizza no only have a low sanitary rating but the customet service really is a joke after speaking with the so called manager. Sad part bussiness like this blame their failures in othet factors except their own control actions. Im not recomended to anyone.

Writing this review as I have been waiting over an hour and the app says it's still in prep. This happened a couple months back, i tried to call and just cancel my order but no one ever answered. I drove to the location and they had the phone ringer turned down.. But we decided to give them another try and I was mistaken as nothing has changed. This is the worst pizza place in middle Georgia. If they can't do better they just need to close the doors. We will NEVER order from this location again. TERRIBLE!!
